Extraordinary General Meeting Update
On 20 December 2024, DCI convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") following receipt of a requisition from Almitas Capital LLC proposing the appointment of Martin Adams as a director of DCI. The EGM was convened for 28 February.
Following the convening of the EGM, certain matters have come to the Company's attention relevant to the business of the EGM, as a result of which the Directors have concluded it would be undesirable (as permitted under Article 16.4 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation) to proceed with the EGM on 28 February. Accordingly, the Directors have postponed the EGM until 10am on 1 April 2025, to be held at the same venue.
Votes submitted by proxy to date will remain valid for the EGM being held on 1 April 2025.
A further announcement will be made ahead of the new date for the EGM.
