The board of the Company confirm that it has received notification that the Company's former investment manager, Dolphin Capital Partners Limited, has filed a claim against the Company in the English High Court  alleging repudiatory breach of contract by the Company in relation to the termination by the Company of the prior investment management agreement between the Company and Dolphin Capital Partners Limited which was announced by the Company on 20 March 2023 (the "Claim"). The Company considers the Claim to be opportunistic and without merit and will be defending the Claim vigorously and is preparing its own counterclaim.
