The Company announces that further to its announcement on 20 March 2023, it has been engaging with its former manager to establish access to the corporate website that it previously used. This has not been possible and the Company has therefore been unable to gain access. As a result the Board has resolved to establish a new corporate website, including all necessary AIM Rule 26 disclosures.  This new website is currently being established and the Company will notify shareholders as soon as it has been made live.

In the meantime, shareholders are advised that the contents of the Company's previous website should no longer be considered as reviewed and approved by the Board of the Company.
