​Disposal of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa project

DCI, a leading investor in high-end residential resorts in the eastern Mediterranean, is pleased to announce that, in line with its strategy to realise value through an orderly sale of assets, it has completed the disposal of its 25% interest in the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa project (the "Disposal") to Invel Real Estate Partners Three Limited, a company affiliated to Invel Real Estate Management Ltd for a total cash consideration of €1.65m which was received on 26 October 2018.

The Disposal consideration of €1.65m represents a premium to the book value included in DCI's financial statements as at 30 June 2018.
