DCC completes the acquisition of Qstar

DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, announces that, following the recent receipt of competition approval from the European Commission, it has completed the acquisition of Qstar Försäljning AB, a Swedish unmanned retail petrol station company, along with its related fuel distribution and fuel card businesses.

Details of the acquisition were set out in the DCC Interim Management Statement dated 17 February 2014.
