The Bank has issued and allotted 15,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on October 27, 2021 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank’s issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,06,47,363 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
