The Bank has issued and allotted 18,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on November 23, 2021 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank’s issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,06,65,863 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
