Resignation of Non-Employee Director

On June 23, 2015, Mr. Peter Barton Hutt submitted his resignation from his position as a member of the board of directors of DBV Technologies S.A. (the “Company”), ending his service as a non-employee director of the Company effective June 23, 2015. Mr. Hutt did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
