GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Pursuant to Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) wishes to announce the grant of share awards to its non-executive Directors pursuant to the DBSH Share Plan.
