This is to inform you that further to the exercise of options under DBCL ESOS 2011 by certain employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved by way of Circular Resolution dated 21[st] December, 2023 the allotment of 8,747 (Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven) fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Face Value (‘FV’) of Rs. 10/- each.
