This is to inform you that further to the exercise of options under DBCL ESOS 2011 by certain employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 13th May, 2022, has approved the allotment of 66,746 (Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Six) fully paid-up equity shares of face value ("FV") of Rs. 10/- each.
