This is to inform you that further to the exercise of options under DBCL ESOS 2011 by certain employees, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 19[th] October, 2022, has approved the allotment of 64,727 (Sixty Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Seven) fully paid-up equity shares of face value (“FV”) of Rs. 10/- each.
