We would like to inform you that on December 18, 2018 i.e. today, the Compensation Committee of the . Board of Directors of the Company has issued and allotted 7,260 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 7,260 stock options under DBCL-ESOS- 2011 - Tranches 2, 3 and 4 to its employees covered under the scheme.
Following are the details of the increase in the Issued and Paid-up Capital of the Company:
