Pursuant to the aforesaid Listing Regulations, intimation is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 (through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means) inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon.

At the said meeting, the Board will consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.

Further, in reference to our earlier letter dated June 28, 2021, we hereby inform you that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) has been closed from Thursday, July 1, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of the said Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 13, 2021.
