Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to the aforesaid Listing Regulations, intimation is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 (through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means) inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 together with the Auditor’s Report thereon.

At the said meeting, the Board will also consider recommending to the shareholders, payment of final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.

Further, in reference to our earlier letter dated March 26, 2021, we write to inform you that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from Thursday, April 1, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of the said Board Meeting scheduled to be held on June 17, 2021.
