Pursuant to the SEBI PIT Regulations and aforesaid Code, this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for its designated persons w.e.f. July 1, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting to be convened and held inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the 1[st] quarter of FY 2021-22 ending on June 30, 2021.
