IA No. 106 of 2021 is filed under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the Corporate Debtor for recording settlement. However,it is brought to our notice that the Hon'ble NCLAT in Appeal No. 114 of 2020 is allowed the Appeal andsetting aside order of admission of the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor. Accordingly, Corporate Debtoris released from rigour of law. In view ofthis IA No. 106 of 2021 stands allowed and Main CP(IB) 235 of 2019, have become infructuous.

Hence, main matter and IA stands disposedof.
