Dear Sir/Madam,
The Company vide its letter dated March 28, 2023, has intimated the appointment of Mr. Lalit Jain, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from April 1, 2023 in place of Mr. Pradyumna Mishra who will be retiring as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company at the close of business hours on March 31, 2023.
Consequent to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e. on March28, 2023, has approved the changes in the KMP authorised under Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under this regulation. The contact details of the KMP authorised under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations are given below which will take effect from April 1, 2023:-
