In view of the continuing outbreak of CoVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), the 24[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 11.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (“VC”) or Other Audit Visual Means (“OAVM”) .

Further, please be noted that the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. Friday, September 18, 2020 to Friday, September 25, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.

The Annual Report for the financial year 2019-20 along with the 24[th] AGM Notice will be sent to the members in due course whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant pursuant to the aforesaid circulars.
