DBA GROUP S.p.A. – MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE DEL KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT (KID) RELATIVO AI WARRANT DBA GROUP 2017-2021
Villorba (Treviso), 19 febbraio 2018 – DBA Group S.p.A., società italiana di consulenza tecnologica specializzata nella connettività delle reti e nelle soluzioni a supporto del ciclo di vita delle infrastrutture, comunica che, in data odierna, ha pubblicato sul suo sito internet (www.dbagroup.it, sezione Investor Relations) il KID relativo ai Warrant DBA Group 2017- 2021, in conformità con il Regolamento UE n. 1286/2014 e le relative disposizioni di attuazione.
La Società si riserva di integrare e/o modificare il KID pubblicato, anche sulla base degli orientamenti che dovessero essere resi noti successivamente dalle competenti Autorità di vigilanza.
DBA GROUP è una holding di società operative nei settori dell'ICT, del PMO e dell'Architettura e Ingegneria, è stata fondata dai Fratelli De Bettin nel 1991. Dal 2011 il Fondo Italiano d'Investimento è entrato a far parte del capitale sociale di DBA GROUP. Conta 12 sedi in Italia, 2 in Russia, 1 in Montenegro, 2 in Slovenia, 1 in Serbia, 1 in Croazia, 1 in Bosnia Erzegovina e 1 in Azerbaijan. Il valore della produzione 2016 del Gruppo è pari a circa 42 milioni di euro e impiega, oggi, 420 dipendenti.

VILLORBA (Treviso), JANUARY 19th, 2018 – DBA Group S.p.A., the Italian technology consultancy company specialised in network connectivity and lifecycle infrastructure management solutions, communicates that today has published on its website (www.dbagroup.it, Investor Relations section), the KID relating to the DBA Group 2017-2021 Warrants, in accordance with EU Regulation no. 1286/2014 and its implementing provisions.
The Company reserves the right to integrate and/or modify the published KID, also on the basis of the guidelines that should be let known later by the competent Supervisory Authorities.
