SUITE PRODOTTI SOFTWARE E HARDWARE PER STAZIONI DI SERVIZIO (GL+): SIGLATO ACCORDO DI DISTRIBUZIONE PER IL MERCATO ITALIANO

VILLORBA (Treviso), 23 dicembre 2019 – DBA Group, società italiana di consulenza tecnologica, specializzata nella connettività delle reti e in soluzioni a supporto del ciclo di vita delle infrastrutture, annuncia che la controllata DBA Progetti S.p.A. ("DBA Progetti") ha firmato con Emme Retail S.r.l. ("Emme Retail") un accordo per la distribuzione del prodotto GL+, costituito da Hardware e Software, per la gestione delle reti e delle stazioni di servizio di distribuzione carburante.

Emme Retail dal 2007 distribuisce in Italia le soluzioni hardware e software dei brand internazionali più prestigiosi nel mercato della distribuzione di carburante contando circa 30 addetti, 200 clienti attivi e ricavi annuali pari a 6,5 milioni di euro.

L'accordo di distribuzione in esclusiva valido per il territorio italiano, ha la durata di 4 anni e prevede da parte di Emme Retail lo sviluppo commerciale per la rivendita della soluzione software GL +., mentre l'Area Strategica ICT di DBA Progetti fornirà il software per il controllo e la gestione delle stazioni di servizio e l'ingegnerizzazione della componente Hardware del sistema (Terminale di Pagamento Esterno, OPT).

GL+, sviluppata secondo i più moderni standard tecnologici dall'Area Strategica ICT del Gruppo, nasce dall'esperienza GasoLine, soluzione già installata con successo in più di 300 stazioni nei Balcani grazie agli investimenti della controllata slovena Actual IT d.d. .La diffusione di Emme Retail sul territorio nazionale e la sua profonda conoscenza del mercato di riferimento unite all'esperienza del Gruppo DBA nel settore "Alternative Fuels and OIL" hanno dato vita ad un accordo che innova profondamente la strategia go-to-market della divisione software del Gruppo. Tale accordo permetterà al software GL+ di espandersi nella filiera del mercato italiano della distrubuzione di carburante, uno dei più consistenti mercati europei grazie ad una forte capillarità del sistema distibutivo con oltre oltre 20.000 stazioni di servizio¹ .

Il Contratto prevede per DBA Progetti una quota fissa per il diritto di esclusiva ed una quota variabile in base alle vendite per una stima complessiva in circa Euro 300.000/anno di ricavi.

SIGNED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR ITALIAN MARKET

Villorba (Treviso), December 23rd, 2019 - DBA Group S.p.A., the Italian technology consultancy company specialized in network connectivity and lifecycle infrastructure management solutions, announces that its subsidiary DBA Progetti S.p.A. ("DBA Progetti") signed an agreement with Emme Retail S.r.l. ("Emme Retail") for the distribution of GL+ , an hardware and software suite for the management of the fuel networks and gas stations.

Since 2007 Emme Retail has been distributing in Italy the hardware and software solutions of the most prestigious international brands in the fuel distribution market with about 30 employees, 200 active customers and annual revenues of 6,EUR 5 million.

The exclusive distribution agreement for the Italian territory, has the duration of 4 years and provides by Emme Retail commercial development for the resale of the software solution GL +., while DBA Progetti's Strategic ICT Area will provide software for the control and management of service stations and the engineering of the Hardware component of the system (External Payment Terminal).

GL+, developed according to the most modern technological standards by the Group's Strategic ICT Area, was born from the Gasoline product, successfully installed in more than 300 stations in the Balkans thanks to the investments of the slovenian subsidiary Actual IT d.d.

The presence of Emme Retail in Italy and its deep knowledge of the market combined with the experience of the DBA Group in "Alternative Fuels and OIL" sector will innovate the go-to-market strategy of the Group's software division. This agreement will allow the software GL+ to expand in the supply chain of the fuel distribution in Italy, that is one of the largest European markets thanks to a strong capillarity of the distribution system with over 20.000 gas stations² ..

The Contract agreement provides for DBA Progetti a fixed share for the exclusive right and a variable share based on sales for a total estimate among Euro 300,000/year of revenues.
