DBA GROUP S.P.A.: AGGIORNAMENTO IN MERITO ALLA PROROGA DEI TERMINI PER L'ACQUISIZIONE DI UNISTAR LC, d.o.o.:
Villorba (Treviso), 26 luglio 2019 – DBA Group S.p.A., società di Ingegneria e ICT che ha come obiettivo l'erogazione di servizi di Ingegneria Intelligente a supporto della Gestione del Ciclo di Vita di Infrastrutture singole o a rete, precisa che, su richiesta dei venditori, i termini per l'acquisto della partecipazione pari al 100% del capitale della società di diritto sloveno, Unistar LC, d.o.o. con sede legale in Litostrojska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, (Slovenia) da parte della propria controllata di diritto sloveno Actual IT d.d., sono stati prorogati entro la metà del mese di ottobre.
"Confermiamo il nostro interesse nell'operazione che apporterà al Gruppo competenze e referenze complementari nel mercato ICT e Cyber Security. Attualmente stiamo lavorando con i nostri partner al fine di progettare le sinergie operative che, con il perfezionamento dell'acquisizione, saranno attuate"- ha commentato Francesco De Bettin, Presidente di DBA Group S.p.A.

DBA GROUP S.P.A.: UPDATE ON THE EXTENSION OF THE TERMS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF UNISTAR LC, d.o.o.:
Villorba (Treviso), July, 26 th 2019 – DBA Group S.p.A., an engineering and ICT company whose goal is to provide Intelligent Engineering services to support the management of the Single or Network Infrastructure Life Cycle, points out that on request of the sellers the terms for the purchase by operating company Actual IT dd of 100% share capital of Unistar LC, d.o.o., based in Litostrojska Cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, have been extended by the middle of October.
"We confirm our interest in the deal that will bring complementary skills and references to the Group in the ICT and Cyber Security market. Currently we are working with our partners in order to plan the operational synergies that, with the completion of the acquisition, will be implemented "- commented Francesco De Bettin, President of DBA Group S.p.A.
