DBA GROUP S.P.A. ENTRA NEL MERCATO DELLE UTILITIES: ACCORDO QUADRO CON IREN

Villorba (Treviso), xx settembre 2019 – DBA Group S.p.A., società di Ingegneria e ICT che ha come obiettivo l'erogazione di servizi di Ingegneria Intelligente a supporto della Gestione del Ciclo di Vita di Infrastrutture singole o a rete, comunica che, in linea con le strategie di sviluppo commerciale, rafforza la sua presenza nel mondo delle utilities.E' stato infatti firmato un accordo quadro con Iren S.p.A. di Reggio Emilia, attiva come multiservizi, in particolare nella produzione e distribuzione di energia elettrica, nei servizi di teleriscaldamento ed in altri servizi di pubblica utilità, compresa la gestione delle acque.

Iren, fatturato di circa 4 miliardi di euro, opera soprattutto nelle regioni Piemonte, Liguria ed Emilia-Romagna. Gli accordi quadro prevedono un budget complessivo di circa 3 milioni di euro per tre anni a beneficio di una ATI che vede la società ITEC capogruppo e di cui DBA Progetti SpA, società del Gruppo attiva nei servizi di Ingegneria e Architettura, è mandante, con una quota parti al 30%. DBA Progetti SpA è chiamata a fornire servizi attinenti all'architettura e all'ingegneria per la progettazione civile, impiantistiche ed idraulica per interventi su opere a rete relative ai servizi idrici integrati, gas, smaltimento acque, depurazione sul territorio gestito dal gruppo Iren.

Ci è ben nota l'importanza delle utilities nel servizio al cittadino, nello sviluppo del Paese e nelle esigenze di progettazioni e realizzazioni di eccellenza sul piano tecnologico."

DBA GROUP S.P.A. IN THE UTILITIES MARKET: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH IREN SPA

Villorba (Treviso), September, 6th 2019 – DBA Group S.p.A., an engineering and ICT company whose goal is to provide Intelligent Engineering services to support the management of the Single or Network Infrastructure Life Cycle, communicates that, in line with commercial development strategies, strengthens its presence in the world of multiutilities. A framework agreement was signed between DBA Progetti S.p.A. and Iren S.p.A. of Reggio Emilia, multiutility company that operates in the production and distribution of electricity, district heating services and in other public utility services, including water management.

Iren, has a turnover of around 4 billion euros and works mainly Piemonte, Liguria and Emilia-Romagna regions. The framework agreements has a total budget of approximately 3 million euro for three years and has been assigned to a temporary JV (or ATI under Italian legislation) between ITEC (the principal owner, with a share at 30%) and DBA Progetti SpA, (DBA Group's operating company in Engineering and Architecture services). DBA Progetti SpA will provide services related to architecture and engineering for civil design, plant engineering and hydraulics for interventions on network works related to integrated water services, gas, water disposal, purification in the territory managed by the Iren group.
