NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RIGHTS TOTAL AMOUNT

(pursuant to article 85-bis, section 4-bis, of Consob Regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999)

Sesto San Giovanni, 10 April 2017 – Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. hereby announces that on 9 April 2017 the increase of voting rights relating to no. 341,662,437 Campari ordinary shares became effective pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58 of 24 February 1998 and in accordance to the Articles of Association.

The following chart shows the current ordinary shares total amount, as well as the total amount of the voting rights exercisable in the General Meetings of the Company starting from 9 April 2017.
