MILAN, Italy – [9 th September 2025] – DATRIX S.P.A. ("Datrix" or the "Company"), company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT00054683), leading the first international AI-powered ecosystem of vertical software companies, announced today the appointment of Niccolò Bossi as General Manager, effective immediately. This strategic leadership addition reinforces Datrix's commitment to accelerating growth and enhancing operational excellence as the company is perfectly positioned to capitalize on its past investments in research and development and is poised to ride the new wave of the AI-baked-applications growth.
Niccolò Bossi brings complementary expertise and extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Corporate Development, and General Management to Datrix, where he will oversee operational strategy and business development initiatives, while playing a pivotal role in executing the Group's vision and driving the company's ambitious growth trajectory. Additionally, he will steer the company's new investor relations strategy with a stockholder-first approach, ensuring that Datrix's value is properly reflected in its stock price.
Transformational C-level executive with a proven track record of leading both public and private companies, Niccolò Bossi started his career in Finmatica in 2000 and then joined Engineering Ingegneria Informatica in 2004. As Head of M&A and IR he executed more than 20 M&A transactions contributing to make the Group the largest italian ICT system integrator. During his tenure at lastminute.com he served in various senior roles including Managing Director of the metasearch business, Head of Strategic Business Planning, Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations driving a significant growth of the group market cap. Between 2022 and 2024, as Chief Operating Officer at 24ORE Business School, he led the digital transformation of Italy's largest business school and successfully executed its sale to a Private Equity fund.
