Sub: Intimation of E-voting

We wish to inform you that our Company has provided remote E-Voting facility to its shareholders for exercising their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, September, 29 2021 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) for which we have entered agreement with NDSL. Details of E-voting are as below

Date and time of commencement of remote E-Voting: 26[h] September, 2021 9.00 A.M.
Date and time of end of remote E-Voting: 28[th] September, 2021 5.00 P.M.
Remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond this 28[th] September, 2021 5.00 P.M.
Cut-off date:22[nd] September,2021
A member may participate in General Meeting even after exercising his right to vote through remote e-voting but shall not be allowed to vote again in the meeting
A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date only shall be entitle to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting in the General Meeting.
Notice of the Annual General meeting has been displayed on the web site of the company www.datiware.com and on website of e-voting platform provided by NSDL i.e. https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/
Any person who acquires shares of the Company and becomes a Member of the Company after sending of the Notice and holding shares as of the cut-off date, may obtain the login ID and password by sending a request at [email protected]. However, if he / she is already registered with NSDL for remote e-voting then he / she can use his / her existing user ID and password for casting the vote.
The instructions for members for voting electronically are given in Notice of AGM..
