As announced on May 25 2015, Dateline Resources Limited executed a share sale agreement (Agreement) with the major shareholders of Golden Phoenix Resources Limited (GPR) for Dateline to acquire all of the issued shares of GPR from its current shareholders.

GPR is an unlisted public mineral exploration company that has three granted exploration licenses (EL’s) that comprise the Augustus sedimentary copper project located in the Gascoyne region, Western Australia. The ELs cover three separate copper geochemical anomalies defined by the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA) geochemical data within the Proterozoic Bangemall Basin.

During the quarter, the Company’s main activity was the finalisation of the GPR transaction in terms of the lodgement of the prospectus with ASIC, and the completion of the independent expert’s report to enable all shareholders to better evaluate same at an Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on September 17 2015. It should be noted that the acquisition of GPR was completed on October 16 2015.

There were no acquisitions or disposals of any interests in any of the Company's projects during the quarter. Directors continue to investigate opportunities to participate in joint ventures and acquire projects in Australia and overseas.

*The resource estimate was reported to JORC 2012 guidelines in the company’s quarterly activities report for the quarter ending December 2012. All material assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates in that announcement continue to apply and have not materially changed.
