Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Dateline Resources Limited (‘DTR’) will be halted at the request of DTR, pending the release of an announcement by DTR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 23 January 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

DTR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) - Request for Trading Halt

Dateline Resources Limited ACN 149 105 653 (ASX: DTR) ( Company ) requests that an immediate halt be applied to the trading in its securities and provides the following information to ASX in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests an immediate 2-trading day trading halt so as to allow the Company the time necessary to finalise the terms and conditions in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt applied to its securities continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on Friday 23 January 2026;

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
