Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Dateline Resources Limited (‘DTR’) will be halted at the request of DTR, pending the release of an announcement by DTR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 April 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

DTR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Dateline Resources | Request for Trading Halt

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR, OTCQB: DTREF, FSE: YE1) ( Dateline or the Company ) requests an immediate trading halt be applied to its securities and in this regard provides the following information to ASX in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.

1. (reason) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed material capital raising;

2. (duration) the Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement in relation to the proposed material capital raising and the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 April 2026;

3. (end of trading halt) the Company expects that the announcement in relation to the proposed material capital raising will end the trading halt;

4. (no reason not to grant the trading halt) the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

5. (other information) the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
