Suspension from Official Quotation

Dateline Resources Limited ACN 149 105 653 (ASX: DTR) ( Company ) requests that its securities be suspended from official quotation. As required by Listing Rule 17.2, the Company:

• requests the suspension to allow the Company further time to finalise arrangements in relation to a proposed material capital raising;

• expects the suspension to last until Friday, 3 March 2023;

• expects the suspension will end when the Company makes an announcement in relation to the proposed material capital raising;

• confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the Company's securities should not be suspended; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the suspension.
