Information relating Unlisted Options detailed in Appendix 3G

Dateline Resources Limited provides the following information relating to the issue of 10,000,000 unlisted options notified in the Appendix 3G lodged today.

Term	Detail
Exercise	Each Option confers on the holder the right, but not theobligation, to subscribe for one Share.
Exercise Minimum	The Options may only be exercised in multiplies of at least10,000 on each occasion.
Exercise Notice	The holder of Options may exercise their Options bydelivering to the Company, at any time on or before theExpiry Date:(a)a written notice of exercise (the form of which is setout in Schedule 2 of the Offer letter) specifying thenumber of Options being exercised; and(b)evidence of an electronic funds transfer having beenmade for the Exercise Price for each Option beingexercised.
Issue of Shares	Within 10 business days of the receipt of the Exercise Notice(accompanied by the Exercise Price per Option beingexercised), the Company will issue the requisite number ofShares to the holder of the Options being exercised.
ASX Listing Rules	In the event of a reorganisation of the Company's sharecapital, the Options the subject of the Offer letter will bereorganised in accordance with the requirements of the ASXListing Rules (including Listing Rule 7.22).
Quotation	The Company will not apply for quotation of the Options onASX. However, the Company will, within the time requiredby the Listing Rules, apply for quotation of any Sharesissued to You following the exercise of Options.
Participation in futureissues	An Option does not entitle its holder to participate in any newissue of securities in the Company unless the Option is

Bonus Issues		If the Company makes a bonus issue of Shares or othersecurities to its Shareholders and no Share has been issuedin respect of the Option before the record date fordetermining entitlements to the proposed bonus issue, thenumber of Shares over which the Option is exercisable isincreased by the number of Shares which the holder of theOptions would have received had the holder exercised someor all of their Options before the relevant record date.
Transfer		The Options the subject of the Offer letter are nottransferable to any other person other than with the priorwritten consent of the Company.
