Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Dateline Resources Limited (‘DTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 19 August 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX:DTR) – Request for Trading Halt

Dateline Resources Limited ACN 149 105 653 (ASX: DTR) ( Company ) hereby requests that an immediate halt be applied to the trading in its securities and provides the following information to ASX in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in relation to that request:

• the Company requests an immediate 2-trading day halt so as to allow the Company the time necessary to plan and secure commitments from sophisticated and professional investors in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt applied to its securities continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising and commencement of trading on 19 August 2022:

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
