Adjustment to Exercise Price of Options

Dateline Resources Limited (DTR) ("Dateline" or the "Company") refers to its announcement on 16 August 2017 regarding the allotment of new ordinary shares pursuant to the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue, and advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 6.22.2, the exercise price of options over ordinary shares in the Company will be adjusted as follows:
