Placement to Southern Cross Exploration N.L.
Dateline Resources Limited ( Dateline ) today announces that it has completed the second tranche of the placement to Southern Cross Exploration N.L. (of 7,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.04 per share) as announced on 2 July 2014.
An Appendix 3B and cleansing notice relating to the shares issued will be issued shortly.
Dateline is issuing these Shares as authorized by a resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on Friday 21[st] November 2014. No underwriting arrangements were entered into in relation to the placement. There were no fees and costs incurred in connection with the placement other than normal ASX fees associated with such transactions.
