Director Appointment : Stephen Baghdadi

Dateline Resources Limited (Dateline) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Stephen Baghdadi as a Director of Dateline with effect from 3[rd] July 2014.

Stephen has extensive experience in the resources sector, and since 1991 he has been a director of several ASX listed companies.

In 2013 he became the largest shareholder in ASX listed Longreach Oil Limited (ASX : LGO) and in November accepted the chairmanship role. In January 2014 he accepted the role of Executive Director of ASX listed Southern Cross Exploration NL (ASX : SXX ), a subsidiary of Longreach Oil Limited.

SXX has recently subscribed for 15,000,000 shares in DTR and will shortly become a 19.7% shareholder.

The Chairman of Dateline, Mark Johnson said “ My colleagues and I welcome Stephen. We believe he will bring experience, enthusiasm and drive, and we look forward to developing new opportunities with him on the Board.“
