Subject : Appointment of new Auditors

Dateline Resources Limited (“DTR”. “Dateline”, “The Company”) advises that due to the audit rotation provisions contained in Division 5 Part 2M.4 and in particular Section 324DA of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company has appointed new auditors.

The Company’s former auditors were HLB Mann Judd (“HLB”) with Mr. Mark Muller as the Managing Partner. HLB commenced auditing the Company’s accounts in December 2015 and always acted with strong independence and a high degree of professionalism. The Company thanks HLB and Mr. Muller in particular for their service and we wish them well for the future.

The Company has appointed DFK Laurence Varney as the Company’s new auditors with Mr Faizal Ajmat acting as the Managing Partner.

At the next Annual General Meeting a resolution regarding the appointment of DFK Laurence Varney will be placed before the shareholders of Dateline Resources Limited for their approval.
