The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland ("Company", "Issuer") informs about the receipt by the Company on March 19, 2026 of a notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies, from a shareholder - FGP Venture sp. z o.o. on the change in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting.
