Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 14 stycznia 2022 roku od Beyondream Investments Limited, osoby blisko związanej z członkiem Rady Nadzorczej - Panem Rafałem Wasilewskim, powiadomienia o transakcjach, o których mowa w art. 19 ust 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) Nr 596/2014 w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR).
Treść powiadomienia Spółka przekazuje w załączniku do niniejszego raportu.
The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that on 14th of January 2022 Company obtained notification from a person closely associated to a member of the Supervisory Board Member - Mr. Rafał Wasilewski, about transactions on Company's shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
