Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje o wpływie do Spółki w dniu 31 października 2019 roku zawiadomienia w trybie art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzenia instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, od akcjonariusza – FGP Venture Sp. z o.o. o zmianie udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Emitenta.

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company", “Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland informs about the receipt by the Company on 31th October 2019 of a notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, from a shareholder - FGP Venture Sp. z o.o. on the change in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting.
