The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that on 30th of May 2022 Company obtained notification from a Member of the Executive Board - Mr. Łukasz Socha, about transactions on Company's shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
