("Company", "Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that on 10th of March 2020 Company obtained notification from the President of the Management Board – Mr. Paweł Wieczyński, about transactions on Company’s shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
