("the Company", "Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that on 6th of June 2019 the Company obtained notification from its Supervisory Board Member – Mr. Roman Pudełko, about transactions on the Company’s shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
