Resignation of Michael Howse from the Board of Directors

On August 16, 2021, Michael Howse notified Summit Wireless Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), effective August 17, 2021. Mr. Howse is not resigning due to any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Howse, or any matter related to the Company s operations, policies or practices.
