Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Proposed Placement is deemed completed on 22 May 2026, following the expiry of Bursa Securities' approval for the 2nd Extension of Time Application to complete the implementation of the Proposed Placement by 23 May 2026. In summary, the Company had issued a total of 104,218,000 Placement Shares from the Proposed Placement, which raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM11.0 million.
