The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong has been changed to 31/F., Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong with effect from 31 May 2018.
