Sub: Approval of Financial Results and consideration of an Interim Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, inter alia to:

1. Consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

2. Consider declaration of an Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders.

The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on 25[th] August 2021, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

As informed vide our communication dated June 29, 2021 regarding intimation of closure of trading window, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, July 01, 2021 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
