Sub: Update on Acquisition of entire stake in Cybercom Datamatics Information Solutions Limited (“CDIS”), from Cybercom Group AB (“CYBERCOM”) by Datamatics Global Services Limited (“the Company)

REF: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is further to our letter dated May 27, 2021, wherein the Company had intimated the acquisition of 49.50% stake in Cybercom Datamatics Information Solutions Limited and a disclosure in terms of Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 was submitted.

In the aforesaid disclosure the Company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the said acquisition of shares will be completed within 20 days of Board Meeting of the Company held on May 26, 2021.

In this regard we would like to inform you that Company will complete the acquisition of aforesaid shares in one or more tranches on or before September 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions for acquisition of shares will remain the same.
