Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 26, 2024 to Thursday, August 01, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36[th] AGM of the Company and to determine the members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the FY 2023-24.
