Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, July 23, 2022 to Friday, July 29, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34[th] AGM of the Company and to determine the members eligible to receive Final Dividend 2021-22.
