FILING WITH CONSOB OF THE OFFER DOCUMENT

Bologna, 9 June 2026 – Pursuant to, and for the purposes of, Article 102, paragraph 3, of the TUF and Article 37-ter of the Issuers' Regulation, Hydra Investimenti S.p.A. (the “Offeror”), a company wholly owned by Hydra S.p.A., with this press release, announces that on the date hereof it has filed with the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (“CONSOB”) the offer document (the “Offer Document”), intended for publication, related to the voluntary public tender offer pursuant to Articles 102 et seq. of the TUF (the “Offer”) on the ordinary shares (the “Shares”) of Datalogic S.p.A. (the “Issuer” or “Datalogic”), a company with shares listed on Euronext STAR Milan, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The Offer Document will be published upon conclusion of CONSOB’s review carried out pursuant to Art. 102, paragraph 4, of the TUF.

Pending publication the Offer Document, unless otherwise specifically stated, please refer to the Offeror’s communication issued pursuant to Art. 102, paragraph 1, of the TUF and Art. 37 of the Issuers’ Regulation and published on the Issuer’s website www.datalogic.com, as well as on the Global Information Agent’s website transactions.sodali.com, which indicates the legal basis, terms and key elements of the Offer.
